“The tragedy of losing both of my parents to suicide didn’t break me.
It became my greatest initiation”
As someone who lost both of my parents to suicide, I learned very young what it means to break and what it means to rise.
I was twelve years old when my father passed. It shattered my reality and stripped away the innocence I had about the world.
But fortunately, life handed me two guides that changed the trajectory of my life: my cousin, who opened my mind to things like sacred geometry, Da Vinci, and, most improbably, questioning reality; and a mentor who introduced me to Reiki long before energy work was understood like it is today. In the darkest moment of my childhood, I learned my most important truth: pain can open portals.
At twenty one, pregnant, I lost my mother by her own hand too. And that’s when I realized You don’t heal by collecting tools, you heal by living them.
Still, years later, I hit a lowest breaking point. Exhausted, disconnected, overwhelmed, I walked into a doctor’s office sobbing and begging for benzos. And that’s when everything changed. I never took them, I took my own medicine instead. I decided to live what I had spent a lifetime learning finally
I put every practice, every tool, every truth into motion. And in three days, everything began to change. Not because I found something new, but because I finally embodied what I already knew. I chose embodiment instead of bypass.
And in three hyper-focused, dedicated days, everything shifted. Opportunities started falling into my lap. The light came back into my eyes. I felt whole, alive, and powerful, and I was finally becoming the woman I had always hoped to be. That’s post-traumatic growth. And that’s what I help others do.

What Is Hypnobreathwork®?
BREATHWORK + HYPNOSIS + REPROGRAMMING
HypnoBreathwork® is a revolutionary new form of breathwork combined with hypnosis that has been gaining popularity in recent years. Unlike traditional meditation and yoga, HypnoBreathwork® stimulates different parts of the brain to help individuals reach deeper levels of relaxation and self-awareness. This technique uses specific breathing patterns and visualizations to help people gain insight into their subconscious minds, allowing them to access hidden thoughts and emotions that may be blocking them from achieving their goals.
-
Breathwork is a type of therapy that uses conscious, connected breathing techniques to access altered states of consciousness and release suppressed emotions and stagnant energy from the mind and body. It was developed by Stanislav Grof in the 1960s, a Czech psychiatrist and pioneer in transpersonal psychology. Breathwork sessions usually involve lying on a mat or in a comfortable chair and using a specific breathing pattern to move energy throughout the body, releasing tension and creating a sense of deep relaxation.
-
Hypnosis is a powerful technique that accesses our subconscious and uncovers motivations, habits, behaviors, attitudes, emotions, and self-talk. It is a powerful tool to replace outdated beliefs, flawed perceptions, and negative thought patterns.
Hypnosis has been used for centuries to help people overcome their fears and anxieties. Recently, it has become increasingly popular as a tool for personal development and self-improvement.
When both practices are combined the experience is profound and the transformation highly effective.

If you’re struggling with emotional trauma, feeling like your life is in crisis, constant negativity, anxiety, or just lack of direction HypnoBreathwork® may be for you.
If you’re seeking emotional clarity, confidence, positivity, purpose, upward momentum, support, and space to breathe again HypnoBreathwork® can help get you there.
HypnoBreathwork® sessions can be used as part of an ongoing self-care regimen or even for the occasional mental reboot and can positively affect your wellbeing in ways you never thought possible.
-
A typical session is about an hour long. Unlike meditation or yoga, HypnoBreathwork® is a very active practice. Music plays a significant role in helping induce particular states, and the first 15 minutes are spent working with the breath so the breath can work its magic. Then we move into a clearing or unblocking of stuck emotions and negative thought patterns, so participants no longer have to carry this around with them. Then the session shifts to reprogramming the subconscious mind to a belief of a desired outcome. Near the end of the session, while people are receptive, they are asked what their next action step is to create the life or outcome they want. Finishing with a deeply relaxing and nursing meditation. The experience is different nearly every time and for every person, but the impact and deep sense of profound transformation and inner peace are unavoidable.
